WARRANTY POLICY 

At Jax Batting Gloves, we are a small business committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality gloves they can rely on. While we do not offer a standard warranty on our products, we offer a Guarantee to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases.

If you have any issues with your gloves within 60 days of purchase, please contact us at facebook.com/jaxbattinggloves with images of the damage, the palms of the gloves to show wear, and your order number or proof of purchase. We will evaluate the situation and, in most cases, replace the gloves at no extra cost. If the gloves have been used for longer than 60 days and you are not satisfied, we may offer a discount for a new pair. We ask that customers treat us fairly, and we will do the same for you. To initiate the satisfaction guarantee process, please message us the required information and we will assist you.

EXCHANGES 

If you have received a pair of Jax Batting Gloves and realize that they are the wrong size, you can exchange them within one week of receiving them, as long as they have not been used. To initiate an exchange, please send a message to www.facebook.com/jaxbattinggloves with the subject "Size Exchange" and include the new size needed. We will then provide a prepaid return label for you to send the gloves back to us. Once we receive the gloves, we will refund your original order and you can place a new order for the correct size. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges for Arm Sleeves at this time.

avoid rough patches on bat handles  

AVOID OVERLY EXCESSIVE PINE TAR

KEEP THE GLOVES FROM BECOMING OVERLY DRY 

PULL OFF YOUR GLOVES less forcefully
