Every Jax custom glove is crafted to your exact specifications, making it unique to you. As a result, we don't offer refunds for custom glove orders. Instead, we're here to work closely with you to address any concerns or issues that may arise.


2. Case Specific Support

If you encounter any problems with your custom glove, our dedicated Jax team is ready to assist you. We handle issues on an individual basis, ensuring your specific requirements are met to your satisfaction. Our expert staff is always prepared to provide personalized solutions.


3. 7 Month Non-Transferable Glove Defect Warranty

For your peace of mind, all Jax custom glove orders come with a 7 Month non-transferable warranty against defects. If you believe your glove has craftsmanship or material defects, we're committed to resolving the matter promptly.


4. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects identified as "defective" by our team members. Depending on the nature of the issue, we'll either repair or replace the glove at our discretion. Please note that repaired or replacement custom gloves will adhere to our standard production turnaround times.


5. Shipping Costs Exclusion

While we stand firmly behind the quality of our castom gloves, our warranty does not include return shipping costs for international customers. We kindly ask that international customers cover return shipping expenses in such cases. At Jax, we strive to provide you with the best custom fielding gloves and exceptional customer service. Our policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the high standards we set for our products. Order Processing Timeline:

Stage 1: Order Confirmation Estimated Duration: 1 Day What Happens: Once we receive your payment, your order details are promptly forwarded to our production team. 

Stage 2: Leather Cutting and Stamping Estimated Duration: 7 Days What Happens: Your order is handed over to skilled craftsmen. They gather the necessary materials and cut the glove leather parts from premium hides. Additionally, leather stampings are expertly applied during this stage.

Stage 3: Custom Embroidery Estimated Duration: 7 Days What Happens: Craftsmen work on customizing your glove with text, logos, and any additional graphics or flags. These elements are carefully embroidered onto the glove for a personalized touch.

Stage 4: Precision Stitching Estimated Duration: 7 - 14 Days What Happens: The various components of your glove are skillfully stitched together to create the final product, ensuring durability and a perfect fit.

Stage 5: Shaping and Forming Estimated Duration: 7 Days What Happens: Your glove undergoes lacing, shaping, and forming processes to meet professional specifications. This step is crucial to enhance its performance on the field.

Stage 6: Quality Assurance Estimated Duration: 7 Days What Happens: Before your glove leaves our facility, it goes through a rigorous quality check conducted by our dedicated Quality Control (QC) member. This ensures that every detail meets our high standards.

Stage 7: Pre-Shipment Preparations Estimated Duration: 7 Days What Happens: Your glove is now in the final stages of preparation for shipment. This includes the transit time from our manufacturing facility to our warehouse. Please be aware that during peak sales periods, there may be occasional delays in Stage 6 due to warehouse capacity constraints. Rest assured, once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number from us via email.
